This will be added to RunForth in a future release. For the time being, here's how you can accomplish it:
- Login to https://www.runningahead.com/ using your username/password.
- Select "Options" from the upper right hand corner, then "Manage my activities". Here's a direct link that will work : https://www.runningahead.com/options/activities
- From there, you can add a new Activity Type, or click on an Activity Type to add a new Workout Type.
- Once you've added the new activities through RunningAHEAD, you'll need to close down the app and relaunch it. The new activity types, or workout types you've added will be available.
